Cambridge Innovation Parks Ltd are currently looking for an EA to CEO and Portfolio Office Lead to help with project management and an upcoming divestment.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

– Assisting CEO in diary management functions
– Assisting CEO with the prioritisation of their work
– Assisting CEO in providing a first line filter and day to day project management of their workload
– Assisting CEO by providing project reporting and risk escalation across divestment and operational
– Organise and oversee administration/documentation and follow-up on all board and secretariat matters

Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role:

– You will have received training in Project management and reporting.
– You will have good understanding of corporate governance, process management and assurance.
– Experience of supporting and working alongside senior executives, ideally in a plc environment.
– Strong understanding of commercial matters and general business developments
– Critically, the role holder will have a good track record of relationship management at all levels
– Experience of process mapping and systems implementation
– Process and governance improvement and documentation

Contracted Hours: 25-35 per week
Holidays: 28 days including Public Holidays
Salary: To be discussed at the interview
Contract: Fixed term contract (18 months) with the possibility of move to permanent

The key responsibilities for this role are:

– Marketing Strategy & Planning
– Product & Services Management
– Pipeline Management
– Client Care and Account Management

Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role:

– Marketing and project management qualifications would be an advantage but proven practical experience gained in a relevant environment is most important
– Practical experience of developing and implementing a commercial strategy
– Strong track record in working collaboratively with and within leadership teams
– Good understanding of governance and control
– Process and governance improvement and documentation

Contracted Hours: 35 per week
Holidays: 28 days including Public Holidays
Salary: To be discussed at the interview
Contract: Permanent

Cambridge Innovation Parks Ltd are currently looking for a Receptionist / Concierge.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

– Offering a professional and warm welcome to all visitors, clients and suppliers, ensuring a great first impression. 
– Taking and screening incoming calls and resolving general telephone queries. 
– Conducting tours and office viewing for prospective clients.
– Monitor the appearance of the reception area, including meeting rooms. 
– Reporting to Facilities Management all client issues with the building and any other concerns in the shared areas. 

Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role:

– Proven administrative and prioritisation skills.
– Proven receptionist and administrative experience in a professional, corporate environment. 
– MS office skills – Word and Excel
– Competent with front and back-office software systems including CRM

Contracted Hours: 35 per week
Holidays: 28 days including Public Holidays
Salary: £19 – £22K with potential for bonus
Contract: Permanent
