Meeting Rooms & Conference Facilities

Our meeting room and conference facilities are perfect for those based around Cambridge that do not want to be caught in the inevitable traffic jams, lack of parking and London level prices.  Conveniently located just off the A14 & A10 with high-speed fibre connections, ample parking, and over 10 acres of accessible park land, our meeting and conference rooms are designed for smart working.

All units can be tailored to your specifications and with our upcoming “facelift” for Stirling House with its accessible “coffee chic” communal spaces, we are sure you’ll have a productive time.

We have four meeting rooms with capacity of up to 6 people. where all rooms are provided with a large TV screen offering HDMI, USB C and Mini DP connectivity. We also provide free basic wi-fi. If you require a laptop to drive your presentations, this can also be accommodated for a small additional fee.

In addition, we have a more limited number of rooms which can host up to 20+ people.

We are currently operating a restricted introductory service with all bookings made directly with our Client Services team. From 1st May, 2024 a revised  (VAT inclusive) flexible pricing structure will be implemented as outlined below offering direct online bookings.

All prices are inclusive of  VAT and we offer ample free on-site parking.
