Our Innovation Epicentre has just introduced flexible Hot Desking…meaning far more flexible solutions for both new and existing clients.

Our Hot Desks packages give access to each of our 4 Innovation Epicentre collaboration zones with fair usage wifi and it’s not just a space to work but instead it’s the place to come, collaborate and find access to a range of likeminded individuals, easily accessible advisors and common business support facilities.

…and what’s more, we have on-site EV charging points, cycle storage and shower facilities as well as ample free parking!!!

Hot Desk Packages

Our basic package includes:

  1. use of a Hot Desk in the Innovation Epicentre Hotdesking Areas
  2. Basic contended “Innovation Epicentre” wifi (subject to fair usage)
  3. Electricity for up to 5 pieces of computer, monitor and telephony equipment (subject to fair usage)
  4. Business address
  5. Free Parking (when attending site)
  6. Postbox & key; and
  7. Access: Mon-Fri (8am – 6pm)

Additionally, you can add the following “Bolt on” Packages:

  1. Meeting rooms
  2. Forwarding of mail
  3. Scanned mail
  4. Parcels

Standard daily passes can be bought at any time and in any quantity.
Monthly “Unlimited” Contracts are for a minimum of 3 months but then can be rolled forward monthly. All prices exclusive of VAT.

All Hot Desk areas are furnished and are inclusive of Electricity and basic data connectivity (subject to fair usage).

Prices

£30 (inc. VAT) per desk per day for Ad Hoc bookings
£420 (inc. VAT) per desk per month for unlimited monthly usage (initial 3 month contract then monthly rolling)

Discounts for multiple desks and longer term contracts are available on application.

(a) Meeting rooms bolt on 1 (10% discount on any booking) – £24 (inc. VAT) pcm
(b) Meeting rooms bolt on 2 (3 hours per month of any meeting room (up to 6 people)) –  £72 (inc. VAT) pcm
(c) Forwarding of mail bolt on – Weekly £30 (inc. VAT)) + postage at cost,  Fortnightly £24 (inc. VAT)) + postage at cost, Monthly £18 (inc. VAT) + postage at cost
(d) Scanned mail bolt on – POA
(e) Parcels bolt on (Parcels will not be accepted or stored other than with prior approval) – POA
