Our Innovation Epicentre has just launched its brand new “midi” Event, Training and Conference facility.  With capacity for up to 65 people, this space is perfect for organisations that need something more sophisticated and tailored than traditional meeting room.  In a location that has ample parking, “break-out” spaces and customised food and beverage offerings, this is a must see venue for those that want to impress!!!

Whilst perfect for Conferences, this space is ideal for Training events; networking and socialising; as well as those special “Presentations & Launches”.  Priced to include free guest wi-fi; basic audio visual equipment; and parking it is both more affordable and accessible than city centre “hotel” venues.  Originally created to support our own community of growing businesses, we are now offering the suite to hire to all organisations and are open to discussing longer term arrangements for organisations with ongoing requirements.

Our Conference Suite package gives access to the Suite itself but also to each of our Innovation Epicentre collaboration zones.  It’s not just a space to work but instead it’s the place to come, collaborate and find access to a range of likeminded individuals, easily accessible advisors and common business support facilities.

Our Event, Training and Conference facility offers Spacious Accommodation, comfortably hosting up to 65 attendees in a modern, professional setting and to make life that little easier there is Complimentary WiFi allowing you stay connected throughout your stay.

…and unlike most other Cambridge facilities, you will enjoy hassle-free parking with ample spaces available for all your guests. the suite (there are also on-site EV charging points available on a 1st come basis) and there is Cycle storage and shower facilities…a must in Cambridge which is known for its commitment to sustainable transport.

We offer Food & Beverages with Healthy Smart Vending options at Cafe Collab through to the indoor and outdoor dining at the ever chic Evolve Cafe.

Pricing & AVAILABLE SPACES

MEETING ROOM PACKAGES

We have four meeting rooms with capacity of up to 6 people. where all rooms are provided with a large TV screen offering HDMI, USB C and Mini DP connectivity. We also provide free basic wi-fi. If you require a laptop to drive your presentations, this can also be accommodated for a small additional fee.

In addition, we have a more limited number of rooms which can host up to 20+ people.

EVENT SUITE PACKAGES

Our basic package includes:

    1. use of our Event Suite in the Innovation Epicentre
    2. Access to each of our collaboration spaces for your guests for the whole event
    3. Basic Audio Visual equipment and contended “Innovation Epicentre” wifi (subject to fair usage)
    4. Access to our Cafe Collab food and beverage venue; and
    5. Free Parking (when attending site)

We are currently operating an introductory service with all bookings available directly through our Client Services team or through our online portal below. These prices are valid from 1st May, 2024.

For all bookings utilising our flexible bolt on packages or for existing on-site clients please make your booking through our Client Services team.

Please note that spaces can only be booked in whole hours.

All prices are inclusive of  VAT and we offer ample free on-site parking.
