Our Innovation Epicentre has just doubled in size…and that means far more flexible solutions for both new and existing clients.

The goal of the Innovation Epicentre is to provide the initial touch point for organisations looking to join our Cambridge-wide Ecosystem. It’s not just a space to work but instead it’s the place to come, collaborate and find access to a range of likeminded individuals, easily accessible advisors and common business support facilities.

We recognise that post-Covid, the working world has changed. Anyone can find a quiet space to write a report or similar…what they can’t find is the right environment to collaborate will clients, colleagues and advisors. We’re responding to this by creating a whole range of spaces that do just that. Whether it’s “”Hot Desks“, “Virtual Offices”; a range of different size meeting rooms; or Conference and Training Facilities, we have them. Over the next year, we will be taking some of our largest areas and creating experience spaces. We’ve just submitted a planning application that showcases what a sustainably modernised space could look like.  But ahead of this, we’ve  re-freshed our Atrium, brought in modern Cafe Chic areas for networking and added some 8 or so new meeting spaces.  A new 65 person Conference and Training space will be online before Summer ’24.

…and what’s more, we have on-site EV charging points, cycle storage and shower facilities as well as ample free parking!!!

Starter Office Packages

We offer a range of Starter Offices designed to provide professional, high quality environments for those that are ready to move upwards from “Home” or “Lone” working.

All offices are furnished and are inclusive of Electricity and basic data connectivity (subject to fair usage) and rent is inclusive of:

    1. Buildings insurance and public liability insurance covering the Common Parts
    2. External Building and Site maintenance, servicing, cleaning, repairing, upgrading & management
    3. Concierge service located in Stirling House comprising receptionist, letter & parcel drop and fault reporting/ticketing system
    4. Site lighting, limited rubbish collection & recycling facilities
    5. Water and sewerage
    6. Free parking

All prices are per calendar month and are exclusive of VAT.  Contracts are for a minimum of 6 months and then rolled forward quarterly.
